At the end of our first year using the services of Bali Paradise Online,
I would like to take the opportunity to express appreciation for your
support and responsiveness.
When setting up the contract, your organization's "can do" and "now!"
culture was of paramount importance in the decision to deal with Bali
Paradise. Our business depends on ever changing Internet technologies
for it's competitiveness and continued success goes only to the nimble.
Day-by-day changes are relentless and staying ahead takes commitment
from all involved.
The comment I made one year ago about being able to complete the Bali
Paradise contract before our competitors were out of bed should be taken
in that context. It was an observation on the importance of having an
agile Internet business partner and is if anything more true today than
it was last year.

I just thought to write and thank you, Agoes and your staff for all the hard work that you have put in on our behalf since we launched our website with you. And for being so available and communicative, even though I have been travelling to projects all over the world.
I know that we probably started with the simplest website possible four years ago - one page containing a company profile, list of projects completed and a couple of photos, basic stuff, my choice - but the amazing thing has been that, thanks to your professional work with the search engines, serious enquiries for solid projects have come to us on a daily basis and our company has grown fourfold as a result.
This new database format that you have set up for me, that I can update in such a broad way myself, is just fantastic. It gives me the feeling of being totally in control with the freedom to even experiment . Not bad for someone who has no idea what HTML means.
There is no doubt that we will continue this wonderful relationship, and I am sure that I can convince many of the people that I do business with to get on board with you also.
